Pull it all together

At our ICT company we have an employee who has recently learnt the concept of "Taking ownership of the network". By taking ownership, he now understands that, if we don't understand the client's system, we've cheated ourselves and our clients. And cheating is bad.

The entries I have made say this, "My God loves me and I love Him. We speak a language to one-another that is acceptable in His eyes (ears) AND is really understandable and, God-willing from my side, true worship. That is, worship that is in Spirit and in Truth. He is the Accepting God... The God who makes the rules about gravity and fruit..."

So when I say take ownership of your faith I mean to say: the LORD is God and we fool ourselves by thinking we are.

Character counts to 100

I heard something about an old buddy that really provoked me to thought. The result of the thought is this: character counts and it counts to 100 all the time.

What I mean is this: Remember how Our Lord said 'Forgive 70 times 7'? Friends bless one another 100 times with no return asked. And when they get to 100? The start at 1 again.

Dr Phil says is 'Relationships are not 50:50 but 100 100.' Both parties go all out 100%.

Jesus says 'A friend loves at all times. And a brother? He's born of your mother for adversity.'

Simple Thoughts

When Jesus said, "You shall know them by their fruits" (Matthew 7:16 & 20) he might as well have said to me, "You can tell who a person's father is by the way they treat another person."

Locked out and nowhere to go

In labour law, a lock out occurs when an employer locks the doors to keep his employees from coming to work. It's like an opposite to a strike - the employer goes on strike. But the thing is, the employer needs the employees and vice versa. In fact, employees actually have a right to work at their workplace. That's cos, not legally arguing of course, employees are dependent on the employer.

After a lock out, workers feel rather confused. Should I get another job? Where will I find a job? I knew I should've become a marine biologist! How will I explain this to my wife? What about the kids?

The employment relationship is meant to be of mutual benefit.
